Class will be held near Juhani Aho park (see location below)
After class, we’ll treat ourselves to delicious smoothies from our neighbours. They’re packed with carefully selected ingredients and superfoods, they’re generously sized, very filling and sooo tasty 🤤
This class will be guided by Alisa
Weather permitting. In case of heavy rain, participants will be informed by email the day before.

Hi, I’m Alisa ! Yoga and pilates teacher, and founder of Ember studio.
Connection is at the heart of everything I teach.
I also have a slight obsession with playing absolute bangers at full volume. Music gives us energy, keeps us moving, and somehow turns a group of strangers into one rhythm, creating something that's impossible to experience alone.
I think that's one of the best feelings in the world.
