Studio features & equipment
The main studio space is open and flexible, allowing you to arrange it according to your needs.
A large wooden folding table (80 x 163 cm) and six folding chairs are available for workshops, meetings or creative sessions. The studio also includes a full-size refrigerator for events or longer bookings.
For movement-based sessions, studio is fully equipped for groups of 8–10 participants:
High-quality yoga mats
1 kg and 3 kg dumbbells (two pairs per person)
0.45 kg ankle weights (two per person)
Resistance bands
Pilates balls
Yoga blocks (two per person)
Bolsters and supportive props
A bluetooth speaker
A ceiling fan helps regulate the temperature and keeps the space comfortable, even during more dynamic sessions.
All equipment and furnishings are included in the rental price and available for use during your reserved time.
The space can also be rented fully cleared for events (pricing on request).
Studio Ember is a street-level rental space located in Helsinki, offering a warm and versatile setting for a wide range of activities. The studio consists of one main open space, complemented by a private back area with a changing room, bathroom and shower.
It’s a versatile space for movement, workshops and small group gatherings. Suitable for yoga, pilates, light resistance training, creative sessions and private bookings.
Designed with movement and mindful practices in mind, Studio Ember is especially suited for wellness professionals — but its adaptable layout makes it ideal for many other purposes as well. It can also be booked for independent work or content creation.
